There's a lot more to sizing a bike than just hopping on, setting your seat height and away you go. Any reputable bike shop will confirm this, and there are lots in the Edmonton area. I'm not going to say we have a better system than any or all of them. I can promise you that with the purchase of a custom fit package, we gaurantee to work through the process of making you comfortable, efficient and powerful on your ride. There are lots of fit courses out there and they all have good tidbits, theories, and practices that are required to graduate their course. Nothing, nothing substitutes for experience both on and off the saddle. I have raced at a high level and know how important body position is for power, and I now know how cruel father time can be to riders and the importance of comfort. So no matter what your purpose on a bike is, these three things remain constant; comfort, efficiency, power. All three go hand in hand but don't fit the same rule for every rider. We are all unique. So if you aren't feeling comfortable on your bike, want to gain more power for your pedal stroke, or are attemting your first triathlon this year and want to make sure you are going to ride efficiently, book an appointment with Paul for a custom fit.
