Congratulations to Joe Wilson, Grand prize winner of the FIT PARK 3 ($800.00 bones), WOW. Thanks to everyone that packed the RED BARN, special thanks to the MUD staff that helped with all the setup, Bernie and Craig from 1664 and Troy Lee Designs for the free swag. STAY FIT was sweet, who doesn't want to go BMX now!!! Need I say more about NWD 10, can't wait to see what the guys from Freeride entertainment come up with for next year.

Jump Park in Sherwood Park
Thanks to the approx. 100 people that came to the council meeting to support our bid for a jump park here in Sherwood Park. Our presentation was very well received by council and I am confident that with a little hard work, planning and continued community support we will have a dirt jump park sometime next year. MAKE A WISH RIDE
What a huge success, the Second Annual Make A Wish ride raised over $ 9000.00! Over 50 riders joined together Sept.12 and rode a 25km loop with Pro Triathlete Kristina Schultz to help raise money for the Northern Alberta Make a Wish Foundation. To date our events have raised over 12K and we are focused on making that 16K to grant two wishes. Thanks to all who volunteered, all the riders and a big thank you to some of the key sponsors, Salisbury Greenhouses, 1664 Distribution, Gary Fisher Bikes, Acron Roofing, Fraser Roofing, Fraser Roofing, and the members of the Edmonton Fire Department.

| Dirt Jump Park |
| Hello everyone, I wanted to give you an update about the possiblility of a Dirt jump park in Sherwood Park. I have been working closely with a few members of council the past few months and have started researching what is required for resources and management of such a project. I am encouraged by the response of council and the willingness of community members such as Kris Kasawski, Darren Hantleman, and Dean Kakoschke. I would like to make special not of the work Councillor Jason Gariepy has committed to this endeavour. Without his encouragement and direction this project would have stalled. I want to make it clear that this park is not approved yet or even close to development. We are working hard to get this approved and constructed as quickly as possible. However there is a process that must be followed and such a project will require appoval of public land. There is no gaurantee it will happen in 2010 but we are trying our best.
