So I just wanted to comment on your bike service people and shop service,
A couple months ago I went to CENSORED to purchase a seat, and new tires and tubes. Then I looked at the "price list" for repairs and maintanence. Then I left the store. I was discouraged a bit by their high price points on repairs.
I brought in my "OLD" bike a few weeks back to your shop. It required a lot of repair and tlc. Amazingly enough the entire bike was ready at the end of one day. I acutally thought my bike would be left for a longer period of time.
When I came into the shop with the bike, your staff stated what would need to be done, and an approximate price. When I picked up my bike, I had no surprises with the estimated cost. In fact I was really happy with the quality of work done in the short amount of time at the affordable rate. Your staff are very helpful, knowledgable and I am very happy with the service provided. I tell all of my coworkers about your shop and how great the service was.
I also thought I should mention that I will be riding in my first ever bike ride on the MS Rona Bike tour this june. I am on a team named the "recyclers" which is made of riders riding the older types of bikes that still exist in our reality.
I will be needing a biking jersey and shorts, don't know if you sell these?? Maybe your shop would like to sponsor my team and I would place your logo and info on our team jersies?
Thank you again.!!

Dear Paul,
Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service you've shown. My son's back on his bike and happy again to be riding. You've gone the extra mile in service: something rare in todays retail. I wish I could find a bike shop here in Calgary with the same level of integrity as MUD SWEAT AND GEARS.
Best wishes,
